While I liked the chefs, and the opportunity to have wine while cooking, I didn't like the unstructured atmosphere. I have been to other cooking classes and the chef walked us through each step of the cooking process. With this class, basically we were told to read the recipe and go for it. While the chef did help us, if we were hung up, it was basically being on your own, which I could have read a recipe and cooked this at home.
