I really appreciated the small class size which enabled the instructor to help modify for yogi's needs. The instructors were all very friendly and helpful.

Douglas is GREAT! I am so happy to start yoga there. The space is perfect. High ceiling, a lot of natural light through the windows and nice people.

I'm really enjoying every session that I've attended so far. This a small studio with very personalize attention, I'd been looking for something like this for a long time . I'm very please and happy with the instructors and the sessions and I'll definitely consider to continue attending it.

Very quiet and open space, very relaxing Aerial yoga. The owner Natalia is very friendly! I took her private Aerial yoga and felt my whole body was so relax the rest of the day!
