This is a beautifully located studio, by a fountain & pond. The classes are about 85 degrees, just perfect. Not too hot or too cool. The owners are serious instructors, yoga is their passion and it is obvious during the classes. I will definitely be returning.

Since this is my first experience with Yoga, the smaller classes in Great Falls were perfect for individual instruction. Love it.

Wish the length to redeem the groupin was a little longer

I wish there were more prenatal classes available, or they were spread out at different times of the week. As of now they're Thursday night and Saturday morning (Reston location). It would be great to have something Tuesday as well. But overall I love the prenatal classes and am looking forward to attending more sessions.
