About Crepes N Creams

Though Crepes N Creams is only celebrating it's one year anniversary, its roots stretch back several generations. Owner Paula Miller learned to make all-natural ice cream from her mother-in-law, who learned the trade from her farmer father. When Miller shared her concoctions with friends, the response was unanimous: do this for a living. After exclusively making ice cream under the business name The Real Stuff, Miller added dessert crepes and handmade soups to the menu and rebranded her eatery Crepes N Creams. Here, she and her staff whip up made-from-scratch ice cream, including salty caramel, mocha almond fudge brownie, and chocolate covered bacon, as well as savory and sweet crepes ranging from pork fajita to baked apple. The takeaway: comfort food can be full of good-for-you ingredients.
