very good massage; nice environment

Very relaxing!

Only down side is the building is really old and has an odor to it. But the massage itself was very nice.

hard to schedule appointment

She is unreachable. I have had one massage that after 15 minutes, she said she was sick and it ended. She offered me a free massage for the inconvenience - very good. I have now not been able to reach her since. I have left repeatd message on her cell, text messages too, and also wrote her a note requesting she contact me or return my money--still no reply. I know that others are unhappy too--several notes were on her door when I stopped by. Help... Lisa 920-362-6268

Katrina is no longer there and I was only able to redeem 1 of the package of 3 massages! can I get my money back?

I would love to go back to katrina...especially since I still have 2 massages since I bought the 3 pack...but that would require her to call me back! I have expressed my disappointment to Katrina via voicemail after she did not show for a scheduled massage. I have yet to hear back from her and that was 5 days ago. This would have been my second massage. The first she cancelled 2x before I actually saw her. She gives a good massage but unreliable beyond belief!

I bought the package for 3. I set up an intitial appointment with her. She canceled 3-4 times (family emergency which I do understand). I did get in for my first massage. She did a nice job. Set an appointment up for the second one and once again it got canceled. She hasn't called back. I will need to call and try to get a second appt. She was very nice it is just the ongoing canceling the reason I wouldn't recommend.

I did go back but Katrina had to cancel and reschedule multiple times. Very frustrating though I know it was due to family issues, sickness, injury, etc.
