Yes, do no rush on any treatment giving to a patient

need a friendly person at the front desk. One who is happy to see the customer.

They "push" cleaning the teeth and then a dentist has to see you. Okay with that, but then he pushes cleaning. There is 0% professionalism. The "stalls" are too close together with opening so while you wait the hr. you listen to all the other clients. Get real!!!! No one even came in at end to help me get ready to leave. The people seemed nice enough...just not quality.

I did the zoom whitening treatment and I did not feel like it worked very well. I have previously gotten zoom and it worked much better at the first dentist office I went to.

The manager was visiting when I arrived- she is a middle aged woman with a very heavy Northern accent. She was quite rude and seemed to support the staff's discussion about "getting paid" and "doing what they gotta do". I arrived at 9:50 for a 10 am appointment. The staff could see us waiting outside but did not move to open the door and offer us a place to sit down until I knocked on the door at 10 am. They made negative comments about me knocking and overall had an attitude. The woman who actually checked me in was quite polite and apologized for the rest, but they were difficult and the place appeared trashy. I was very disappointed.
