I was called to get rescheduled one hour before my appointment. When I came for the next appointment, he was running 20 minutes late. There was no preparation for my massage (no gown, etc), so I was told I could come back for it. The deal was 1/2 hour massage and 1/2 hour acupuncture. The acupuncture left me with a bad headache afterwards although I was feeling great beforehand.
