This was such a good class. We learned so much about barbecue and the meat that you cook. The bonus was stories about Bucky's Barbecue. We also got to eat a ton so come hungry.

Enjoyed learning Wayne's expertise with smoking meat. Thought the class was very informational and very tasty. Was able to get a lot of questions answered and was able to add to my recipes for rubs and sauces. I think the class was well worth the money and time. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!!

Phenomenal class! Wayne is an amazing teacher of all things BBQ. I learned a tremendous amount....and can't wait to get smokin'. HIGHLY Recommend this class!

Great class! We took good notes and use their suggestions whenever we smoke. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in learning to smoke meat at home. Very informative! Plus the food is delicious :)
