I received a great colour (root touch up) and cut from Andrew. Even though this was my first visit it became obvious that he knew what he was doing and I felt very comfortable. Most importantly, I was very pleased with the final results. I will be returning.

I had an appointment with Kelley yesterday and have never had a better experience at a salon. Aside from my hair looking beautiful now, I was so impressed with Kelley and Brian's service-- their generous offer for water, tea, or coffee made me feel comfortable and welcome as soon as I stepped in. Kelley spent a very long time on my hair and was willing to re-rinse my hair a second time after deciding to put toner in. She's a lovely person and I felt very comfortable both talking to her and whenever there was silence. I have never felt so doted upon and I will certainly be back! (I immediately had a friend ask where I got my hair done- I've given three 25% vouchers to eager friends already).

I highly recommend it. It was a wonderful all round experience. They truly know what customer service is all about :)
