The girl who helped me was so nice and helpful. She gave me a handout on the matcha but also explained it to me. She showed me her favorite tea and really made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Amazing customer service. If this girl does not love her job, she's really good at hiding it

The staff was very good with my eight year old daughter. The staff recommended a Bella Coola iced tea which she loved! In doing so, they were very patient and thoughtful.
