They kept me informed of the arrival of the service person, Dillon, and he arrived promptly. He was friendly and got the job done. I did have to pay a extra to get both parts of the heating and cooling unit checked which I didn't realize would be the case, but better safe than sorry.

The tech arrived on time and was very professional, not minding that I was over his shoulder asking a lot of questions. One very minor glitch, he was right back out\. So satisfied I bought their preferred customer package.
