need to make it clearer that the items cannot be shipped to the mainland and that a lower price is the only substitute for the pictured item. Only alternative is not to get the package in my case.

The person who assisted me was very personable. Very easy to work with and efficient. You can tell they are a down-to-earth local company--which is, for me, the highest of compliments. The person I sent the gift basket to said it arrived safely and was beautiful.
