Fabulous Floors sent an unqualified individual, Freddy, to my home to refinish my floors. He damaged my floors (I.e., bubbles in the polyurethane, floors look like there is a haze over them, they no longer shine, took some of the stain of my original floor up, etc.). Once I was finally able to speak with the owner of this franchise, he stated he would come to my home to assess the damages, and that he knew they could repair it, but he never came out. Instead, after never hearing from him again, I had to send him another email requesting he contact me. The only response I received from him was an email speaking of Freddy coming out to redo my floors again. Freddy has damaged my floors.
