They definitely try to upsell and get you to buy a package and all kinds of other treatments. Also the esthetician resorts to telling you how "bad" your skin is to try to get you to buy more services from her--not appreciated at all. I also didn't really see any improvement from my IPL treatment. I will not return.

I really did not know what to expect, but when the women was done if felt she was not being truthful with me. The laser was only done in certain spots and not all over my face. I honestly think they just want to keep you coming back more time than needed. I also have several white patches on my face now from being over processed. I was told by another professional that the laser treatment was not done correctly and it should not have taken as long as it did to heal. I pray that the mistake that was done on my face can be corrected. I would not recommend this business.
