The team was amazing! They were experiencing some issues which landed them about an hour and a half over their scheduled time, but they were so quick, it took only an hour and a half (including the DRIVE!) to get everything done! The 3 men that came were very friendly and professional too! I will definitely use their services in the future!

The guys were SEVERAL hours late, so they were working until 2AM. But they did a good job.
They never called back nor did they answer their phone afterwards.
They were awful. Would never use or recommend again. As a moving company when you pick the day and time it is important. We needed the move, planned for it and took the time off of work. They called 1 hour into the time frame window to say they are running late and may not make it. They no showed for the night! It was the worst. We finally rescheduled them 2 days later with a 4 pm to 6 pm window. They showed up at 7 pm. We paid extra for 3 men to move... basically one man had a clip board the other time and only 2 did the moving... very slow. They did not put anything to protect the floors. How do you not show up on day and time... awful!
My boyfriend had everything packed and disassembles so the movers wouldn't have to take too long. In our SMALL 1 bedroom apartment, it took them 2 hours to get everything into the truck. There was one guy wrapping everything in saran wrap and two other small guys carrying everything. Now I don't speak spanish, but my boyfriend does. He said these two guys were complaining the ENTIRE time how heavy everything was...it even took them thirty minutes to take the bed to the truck...which was already taken apart!! I have no idea why it took them 2 hours to move everything, but I was extremely disappointed.
On top of that, it's over $100 per hour afterwards, which is ridiculous.
They did an excellent job protecting our furniture, but the crew was super slow, there was no sense of urgency, and they took 3.5 hrs to get the job done and I got hit with a huge charge for going over 2 hours. It would have cost me less money to pay full price with another company that is much more efficient and would have gotten the job done in 2 hours than it did to go with Mom N Pop Movers with the first 2 hrs half price.
Was very misleading, they milked the time and went over by 10 minutes so they charged me an extra $75, on the way to the house with plenty of time on the clock they went extremely slow that cars were going around them. They also missed the turn into my street as they were following me and ended up in a school zone. Then they would not unload the rest of my stuff until I paid them. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
