Randy J. Peterson first opened his studio doors for business in 1973. Over the decades, he's shot weddings, holiday gatherings, and countless other moments worth remembering. The founder of Countryside Photographers often holds sessions in his studio, but, as the name of his business suggests, he's just as adept at making use of the surrounding countryside. He might take pictures in a forest or along the lakeshore in the summer, using nature as his backdrop. Peterson has been recognized for his work in many ways over the years. He earned a stint as president of the American Society of Photographers and was inducted into the Wisconsin Hall of Fame, which he then was forced to escape in order to continue his career.
