Love Carbones. ❣️❣️ especially the cheese bread and spaghetti. I drive from Como park by the fairgrounds out to Eagan because it’s so good. The closer Carbones doesn’t have the same bread. Their staff is wonderful too!!

These folks have stepped up their delivery service by LEAPS. Well continue to avoid "Delivery Service Apps" where service cant b beat direct! The pan? Pan pie was foreign to me from carbones as I grew up on St Paul Carbones--if you've had it youd know! This pan and hand formed crust was EXCELLENT. Think between deep dish and hand tossed. Toppings are ALWAYS top. Way to go here-

Great, friendly staff who remember your order from last visit. They keep the table cleared and beverages full while pleasantly chatting with you when stopping at your table. The pizza tastes great, we get the 5 topping special and they toppings are in perfect proportions in both amount and size. We like thin crust and it was perfect with a crispy, crunch with each bite and has a yummy sauce.

Second best pizza in the Twin Cities - almost equal with #1. Always great service for dine-in or delivery. And they have 1919 root beer!!
