Very good experience

They did a great job on my crowns and made me feel very comfortable.

The Dentist was remarkable. Thorough and great care. The office manager, however was rude and defensive. I was told to pick up my molds and whitener any time before 5:00pm. I asked if I needed to call first and was assured that that wasn't necessary. I left work early and drove the 45 minutes to First Dental, arriving at 4:50pm. The doors were locked. When I called the next day to ask that they be mailed, the manager said that she was there and I should have knocked. I feel she was covering up for maybe leaving early. I shook the door, the door was locked and the lights were off (except for the night lights). I was completely put off by her attitude and will not return.

not terribly professional, had to wait almost an hour, dentist I ended up getting was on her first day on the job and was a little scattered

dentist excellant - staff not good.

I was told that I needed $2800 worth of work done to my mouth. I got a second opinion and I was told I just had one cavity. In order to have a fully healthy mouth, I ended up spending $138 by getting the second opinion.
