About Mainely Cupcakes

To say that Cassandra Tindell puts a lot of love into her confections would be an understatement. She named her home-based business after her late brother, Edward "Maine" Lee, who loved chocolate cupcakes with vanilla-cream filling when he was a kid, and further honors his memory every day when she whips up her own version of his favorite confection, dubbed The Maine Event. These signature chocolate cupcakes are just one of many treats she bakes fresh from scratch: her premium cupcakes are inspired by everything from french toast to sweet potatoes, and her custom happy-hour cupcakes can be infused with champagne, wine, or premium liquor. And since family is at the forefront of everything she does, Cassandra also bakes full-sized, custom cakes for special occasions ranging from backyard barbecues to weddings.
