I wanted highlights and what I have now is a bleach blond look. My hair was also trimmed. The trim wasn't as short as I wanted. After a second chance of cutting it, I gave up. Luckly I can go to Wal-Mart and get $10 hair color to cover the all over bleachy blond. I didn't think partial highlights should give your hair all over bleach blond. I wasn't asked what color blond and I think there are different levels. As for cut, I can go to Great Clips and they will cut my hair
