I would prefer that they use their expertise and judgment regarding how the haircut should look. As one stylist cut my 10 year old son's hair she was asking for his feedback and mine which created all sorts of problems and with his input, the final haircut did not look good (was not proportional all the way around the head). I had two other sons getting their haircut at the same time and that stylist only asked initially for the general idea and then used her judgment to finish the cuts -- those cuts looked great.

This wasn't from me, but even if you are closing in 10 minutes, still take the customer b/c they just got there (it was a kid's cut too which doesn't take very long) and the person that I know was denied so they aren't ever going there again. The business WAS still open. :)

The coupon was a little deceptive. Not reading it completely will cost me some money. I did not realize I needed to get 2 haircuts on the same day, same visit. I wanted it for another haircut in 6-7 weeks. Didn't work that way so I was pretty disappointed.

I wouldn't go there again.
