I’m new to the Johnson City area and was in dire need of a new Stylist! I definitely found her! Julie is FANTASTIC! I haven’t had such a great experience in a long time! She listened to my “concerns” and my “habits” regarding my hair and accommodated all of them! My hair color, highlights and cut are way beyond my expectations! B & L Salon is top-notch! The owners are on-site and very personable! This is my new “go-to” place to spend an enjoyable time at and walk out feeling beautiful!! Thank you all!
