I made an appointment at 2 pm on a very cold day. I arrived and the office front door was locked with no one inside. I waited for at least 15 minutes in my car in the cold. There was no sign saying when the office staff would be back. The massage therapist arrived finally and opened the door for me. I thought it was a bit unprofessional.

Keep up the great work. The therapist I had was experienced and knew her trade well. I came in stressed but left feeling at peace physically and mentally.

I have had several massages before and it was not the best. I would recommend massage envy instead. They do a much better job. This place is also a chiropractic office so waiting for your massage is like waiting to go to the doctor.
