I'm aware that you're trying to grow your customer base, but only having two stylists available limits your ability to book when it's convenient for your customers. The girl that did my hair was nice, but she needs to work on her confidence. Both in conversation with her customers and with cutting hair. I felt like she was very tentative. She ultimately did a decent job...but I was nervous throughout the cut.
