Barbara was great explained in details the process and was always checking up on you to make sure you were ok.

I did have to look up for a hour at a bunch of cobb webs and pray that the fan didn't bring them down on my face. More cleaning of the upper ceiling area would be a good thing.

Devin helped make my first Infrared Wrap manageable. I enjoyed her kindness. I have 2 suggestions for that infrared room: 1. A small portable fan to blow right on the customer's face during treatment. (If your face is cool, the other heat is more bearable) 2. Have a light overhead that can be turned off or dimmed.

This was an amazing experience for me there was A1 service from the time I walk in until the time I left! Mr. Al has wonderful staff and the also was amazing I would like for all of my friends to visit I know I will be back!

It was nice, but is too inconvenient for me to use on a routine basis.

the customer should be educated as to what is going to happen prior to the body wrap. Why wasn't there any lotions of oil put on prior to the wrap. I don't think one is getting their monies worth. Very disappointed
