The owner was rude not. Willing to help or give me info, he lied, took 6 months just downright bad experience I wouldn't use this guy even if it was FREE or he paid. No way. It was all bad news don't use him again.

Took along time to get computer serviced. Too long.

Used my coupon more than a year ago but it wasn't shown as used. Wasn't impressed with the service.

The service was slow. The conversion file had some glitches.

I confirmed with Bill that the group on would cover my cpu issue unless it needed parts. I dropped it off on Wed for a Thurs morning appointment. He told me it should be done by Monday. I called the following Wed and left a message. He got back to me on Friday saying that they had narrowed it down to RAM module. We discussed pricing. He told me around $30-40. I told him to proceed on anything under $50. I called him the following Thursday. He told me something about a power supply and graphics. He said he had it working. Told me it would be ready Monday. Picked up on Tuesday. $160. Plus the group on price. Cash only.???? No discussion prior to that amount. Very unprofessional. Def won't ret
