Nol Preen is a cheerful gentleman who accomplishes a tremendous amount of work within the agreed upon timeframe. He also goes the extra mile - he wiped down a very dusty cabinet of mine, which I really appreciated. He is an efficient, hard worker and I have already recommended him to others.

Very unprofessional. Had a lot of excuses for not cleaning the most basic things. Did not enjoy the experience and had to re-clean behind the work he just did. Made the client feel like because they held vouchers, they did not matter and we felt it! Even asked for tips when booking for the appointment, saying that the area we lived in ( while being an area he advertised to service) was out of his way and essentially a waste of gas money. We felt pressured to give him a tip ( because of travelling out of his way) when we weren't sure he would even deserve one for extraordinary work. His work attitude and professionalism left a lot to be desired, and would definitely steer clear in the future.

Showed up an hour early for appointment, called and errands dropped to come home early. Nolan gone. Waited 2 hours never returned no answer to telephone or texting. Did not return for scheduled appointment. 5 hours later received a text that he went and cleaned another house and was sorry. Unacceptable.

Owner was friendly and even arrived to clean my house early but I don't think it was worth the price that I paid. Cleaning was very basic-wiped down kitchen counters, vacuumed, and dusted lightly. He mopped the floors but he didn't even clean my stove or oven? I found this odd since I've had cleaning companies clean for me in the past and they did a much better job. Wouldn't recommend this company for the house cleaning service.

Purchased a cleaning package for 3 home cleaning sessions...in October. Still have only been able to book 1...extremely difficult to book.
