when booking a lash appointment, the spa should tell the client that they will not be able to get their lashes wet for 48 hours. That way they can wash their hair before they go. If they have a special event and think they are going to be able to go home and shower etc. it is compromised. It is very dry in the room and a drink of water (with a straw because you eyes are closed, would be a great idea. I am clostrophobic and I did not feel uncomfortable having them on or wearing them - I had considered that might be a problem.

I think it is too much money for a refill of eyelashes, $49.00 is allot. Maybe you have enough clientel to warrant it but I found it to costly and have had to look for another place that is less expensive. I would love to continue there but.........phone me if your prices drop!!!! There are so many Spas's now to choose from.. Are they all making the money??? Thanks, Penny
