Our experience was good except for the close to a 30-minute lag between our call for a shuttle and its arrival. The very pleasant driver heading to the airport told us you will be getting a bigger shuttle, so maybe that will help.

The employees were friendly and fast! There was no wait to get us to the airport and when we returned from our trip (we took a red-eye flight) they were prompt to pick us up from the airport! We were back to our car, paid our bill and on our way home in no time!
