The yoga instructors were exceptional. Their experience and knowledge of yoga is evident. They took the time to make sure that we were doing the poses properly and were able to provide alternatives when necessary. The classes were never rushed and I always left feeling better. Highly recommend.

Nice friendly yoga class, not too difficult and more warm then hot.
