Figure out any "extras"- extra stain removal before you go as that is extra cost but even the basic is well worth taking it there. I posted about them on Facebook.

I paid $50 for a $160 detailing package, but only received $50 worth of service. Their prices are over inflated.

The outside of the car looked great, however once i left i noticed there was still garbage and crumbs in between the seats the drivers side door panel still had mud in the speaker grille, the center console still had a few coffee spots, My first thoughts were that I would not return, I feel the problem was that first a very nice girl started working on the car then a guy took over and they went from car to car one person should stick to each car to know that they have not missed anything, And just one person is accountable for what happens to that car, I was supposed to get hand wax and machine wax never once did a buffer touch my car, I am not one to complain I am a very easy going guy,
