Classes are great.Once there was no teacher so they let me have an extra day for no charge.They were friendly,available but not pushy

Front desk Emily was so kind and helpful. Made the process very easy. The gym was very beautiful and well kept

All of the staff were super nice & helpful no attitudes!!! The classes rocked!! Esp... Zumba..Zumba should be an hour long... I love the classes w/ music, time to upgrade the music system and get some mirrors up in the classes!!

I love Body Renew, but wish they had suggested that I visit and utilize their services at least a couple of times before talking to me about making at least a year commitment. Although their facility and folks are superb, with my schedule, I just can't make it in on a regular basis and the monthly cost to my credit card is stressing me out! I am finding that I worry too much about the cost and that I'm not able to schedule to come in! I should just have set up to learn the equipment and a regimen, and then pay the monthly fee to use it at my oddball hours...

I think overall the deal is a good one, but it is not worth the stated retail value of $488. Where does that amount come from? The monthly fee for classes and access is less then $50. The "One fitness assessment with a personal-training session" was about 15 minutes long. On a good note; the place was clean and the employees were very kind and helpful. There is an amazing number of machines and classes.

Very friendly staff at the wasilla location (only one I've been to). Clean and plenty of room to move around. Equipment is in great shape.
