Nationally certified therapist Liz Arguez has spent many years helping others overcome pain, boost athletic performance, and lead healthier lives. In addition to mending muscles in rehabilitation centers, she's helped athletes stay limber on the field. And through this experience, she developed an understanding of the balance required to keep hard and soft tissues safe from injury.

Liz allies herself with the American Massage Therapy Association and boasts certification in neuromuscular, sports, and therapeutic massage. She also employs an array of alternative techniques, such as hot-stone massage, myofascial release, and deep-tissue massage. During her rain-drop-therapy sessions, she also facilitates electrical alignment by showering the spine in drops of essential oil that are then brushed upwards to stimulate circulatory flow and educate the public on the importance of irrigation.
