I really enjoyed this class. My body felt challenged and I noticed my heart rate increasing, despite do flat out cardio. I really feel that this class could improve my day to day life by opening up my joints and increasing my flexibility.

Class was great! Loved it, however, my wife was new to Yoga and was a little taken back by the intensity. I am not sure I am going to get her to go back. I realize this facility is going to cater to more serious Yoga participants, but I think some shorter and more introductory classes being added for beginners would really help your business and be more inviting to beginners.

Before signing up for Bikram yoga, you should understand what type of yoga class this is. It is not a typical yoga class. Bikram has 26 poses that you always do in the same order. Very challenging.
