The owner was the receptionist that day and barely let me say hello, she just said "she'll be with you in a moment" and went back to her phone. Not the most welcoming, but my stylist was great.

Very hard to make an appointment. Got the answering machine most of the time played phone tag with the stylist.

Jessica, the owner, was my stylist and did a wonderful job. She took her time, listened to what I wanted, and was very personable.
