Absolutely LOVE this place! The teachers are all so amazing! Very positive and encouraging enviornment. I went ahead and went with an unlimited membership because I’m completely obsessed with pole now. Great workout as well. Can already see huge changes in my body and confidence

The instructors are really fun. If you take a class with Rhiannan you can tell that she is passionate about what she does. Pole dancing itself is very difficult but as a beginner you start with simple moves. The teachers will reach you moves depending on your level. Overall the classes are fun, instructors are very nice and helpful.

Great class but beginners be aware: if you do not have tremendous upper body strength you will indeed severely bruise your shins on the pole. That said, great class and teaching!
