Jessica was phenomenal. I've never had a hair stylist who was THAT knowledgeable. She asked me all the right questions and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted to happen with my hair. I usually am terrified when switching hair stylists, but she made me feel comfortable and gained my trust quite quickly. I also loved her knowledge of all the products and I'm happy with the products that she suggested I use. I think I've found my new hair stylist! I will certainly be coming back to see her again.

I did feel that there was too much of a sales pitch to get me to buy products,...i appreciate a simple recommendation of what product would for me but hate the hard sell pressure approach that my stylist gave.
