This was an awesome experience. Pick up from and return to the hotel, continental breakfast and lunch was really a great touch.Robert was a great tour guide, kind and knowledgeable. I worked with Anne and her customer service was above and beyond. I would book with them again for the West Rim bus tour. It exceeded my expectations.

The bus ride to and from the Canyon was as enjoyable as the tour. Our driver was very knowledgable of not only the Canyon but the area to and from. The breakfast and lunch provided was quite good. More than enough to fill our bellies. All and all it was a very pleasurable trip.

The customer service was phenomenal! Then details that were provided in communications were extremely helpful! The texting info was also helpful and then the trip was great! The bus driver/tour guide was amazing! Loved his stories :)

Dirk was a great driver and a knowledgeable guide while on the bus. He did not come to the actual canyon part with us but honestly you don't need a guide at that point. It's better to go off on your own, take photos, and let the views sink in. Bus was comfortable and air conditioned. If you have any allergies, bring your own snack and lunch. Overall, this was an amazing experience and totally worth the day trip. Absolutely breathtaking and Dirk made the bus ride not even seem long with fun facts and a great attitude.

I throughly enjoyed this tour. Dirk was our driver. He did a fantastic job!!! The drive was enjoyable. The Grand Canyon was beautiful. We stoped at the Hoover Dam for pictures. They provided lunch and a continental breakfast. The bus was clean and comfortable. Great time!!!

The trip to the Grand Canyon was breathtaking. The entire trip was made even greater by Jacqueline our driver/guide. She was witty, friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of Las Vegas, Hover Dam and the Grand Canyon. This was definitely a remarkable moment.

Wally was our driver. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We’ve done the Grand Canyon 3 times prior, this was the first for West Rim. We learned a lot this time around that being said. Very punctual and professional. Plenty of time to visit the area and stops along the way. Our first time with this company and we would do a tour with them again.
