This is the seventh event put on by the Nevada Restaurant Association that I have attended. In past years, I paid much more for the event. The best food I tried at the event, held at the Red Rock Casino, was the steak appetizers that were provided by Hank's Steakhouse from Green Valley Ranch Casino. The decor was beautiful.
