About Rock 'n Roll Wine

Sonny Barton and sommelier Chris Hammond believe that atmosphere and music can have just as much effect on the wine tasting experience as quality wine. Through Rock 'n Roll Wine, the duo have created a concert and wine tasting hybrid where guests sample varietals from around the globe as live musicians shake fuzz out of their hair on stage. Along with local talent, platinum recording artists such as Sugar Ray, OK Go, and Third Eye Blind have played Rock 'n Roll Wine's annual Wine Amplified Festival and weekly Friday concerts at M Resort. Sonny and Chris' other events including Thursday night wine lounge events, where DJs spin the latest indie, hip-hop, and alternative tunes at revolving venues. Outside of Vegas, they conduct monthly wine events through Las Vegas, Ann Arbor, and Los Angeles. Wherever the outing, you can try one of the twosome's handcrafted Napa Valley wines, all of which come with a suggested song pairing that can be heard if you press your ear against the bottle.

Great venue, loved that it wasn't too crowded and the music wasn't too loud. Vendors were all nice and knowledgeable! Loved the musician.

the Vinyl location was a little cramped for this type of event. it's nice for a concert but not so much for an event that requires people to move around so much.
