I gave minimal direction and Kristi gave me a great cut and highlight. She even gave me a detailed explanation for styling my new look.

She didn't give me the exact haircut that I wanted, and my highlights ended up a lot more blonde than I expected, but she was very nice, and it was probably my fault that I was too vague.

You did a really good job at listening to what I wanted and cutting my hair. My only issue was that when you were talking to the others in the salon it felt like I was being ignored. So I would just say to concentrate on your customers a bit more and you would be perfect! Thanks for doing a fabulous job on my hair!
