Chicken is cooked well. Beef is a little tough. We also had the Christmas roll and Tokyo roll. I loved the Christmas roll but the Tokyo roll was just okay.

The all you can eat didn't have a ton of options like most others. However it covered the bases with a better quality taste and ingredient than most. They used a longer grain rice like higher end sushi. They had a lot of other good food options also. I would like to see this place stick around so go give it a try.

Make sure your waitress doesn't mix up your order.... otherwise try the sunshine roll, very good!

Delicious fresh sushi friendly service!

Food is good for the value. This is not fine dining or a high end NYC sushi bar. But if you live within 20 minutes of this place, its a good place. Good variety of rolls, and great appetizers and other sides. It was refurbished old diner, so its not a high end fancy location. Service is good, and friendly, and they will try to make anything custom for you per request. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed. I would give it a 4 out of 5, just because I'm kind of a snob and I like very high end fine dining. So I can't give this a 5, when I know what a real 5 should be. But this is better than most any other strip mall type Japanese places. This is not a steakhouse, so no hibachi, but great menu. The chef creates very artistic presentations. Dessert is beautifully presented, but its kind of cheap icecream and ingredients. I would suggest they upgrade to higher end ingredients for their desserts, and then it would rival any fancy place.

Their dinner for 2 is lovely. A great variety to choose from. Very fresh fish and ingredients. We are always pleased when we eat at East Moon.

A bit slow but it was good and the rolls were big

The rolls are HUGE so order accordingly. Tried 4 different and all were exceptional.
