Customer service was horrendous. Left some jewelry for estimate on repair. They never called back with the estimate and just did the repairs.... To top it off they did the repairs wrong! We will not go back!

The quoted price on my item was $549, but this suddenly reduced to $200 when I hesitated. I feel this is fraudulent business and prefer honest upfront dealings. I did buy the item - with a 'free' perfume or spray as an incentive, but they declined to give me the previously offered $50 -off-next-visit card because 'I wasn't paying over $150' for the item. I will go next to a place where they give me a proper price, don't coax with incentives, and I feel I am getting value for money - which I am doubting here.

I ended up buying a sterling silver bracelet, earring and ring set. The bracelet broke in less than a week.
