Ask customer what shade they would like beforehand (spray tan)

I have had the experience of having someone who talks all the way through a facial and the woman who did my facial did not, which made it much more relaxing.

Staff is super sweet and helpful!

Tanning solution sprayed on too heavy & streaked horribly regardless of patting streaks immediately upon exiting the booth. Color unnaturally orange as well

the mystic tan booth was an older model. it left me streaked and orange. i have been to many mystic tans and this is by far the worst.

It is important to realize that some customers prefer a more natural glow, or subtle darkening. The staff person assisting me assured that I wouldn't think the formula was too dark but I don't think she took my concerns seriously.

The laundry was running in the room. No music to mask it. I would've turned the machines off. It wasn't relaxing.

I bought a body wrap there and it wasn't good at all. The lady wasn't even ready when I got there. She has to send the girl she works with to get the supplies. When she wrapped me up and I got in the bed it was just a heating pad that she put on me to heat the blankets up and it was barley warm it didn't heat the blankets up at all. I would only recommend going there to get a tan and that's it.

No extractions so it didn't feel like a true facial. It felt like I paid them to try out products from the makers of proactiv. The face massage was relaxing but that was not what I was looking for.
