When the original work was done, I contacted the owner and stated that it did not look complete or very well done. He responded that he would try to call me the next day, but if I didn't hear from him to call him. My first sign of poor customer service. When I did not hear from him 3 days later, I called and left a voicemail, followed up by another email. No reply from Adam by either. Thankfully, this job wasn't something I critically needed. I will not use their service for any future needs.
