Sometimes it is hard to hear and overall the noise level can be difficult to handle. DO NOT LIKE THE NEW MUSIC BOX THING IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER - IT'S VERY LOUD AND ANNOYING!!

The service absolutely sucks! Sometimes we get our food quickly, other times it takes forever! The bartenders are quite variable. One makes a mean long island ice tea, the other can't mix a drink to save his life. A little consistency in all areas would be greatly appreciated.
I've been to Randy's many times and have enjoyed the food, but last time I had chicken tenders, I had a severe case of stomach sickness. Woke up several times in the middle of the night several times in pain. I'll withhold the rest of the details, but I would have to attribute it to food poisoning. I'm extremely unhappy with my last visit, and wish I could've stayed at home and avoided the whole experience!

SMELLY & we were overcharged for our drinks even though we ordered drinks w prices posted on the wall... Not specials. The bar has progressively gotten worse, but after this last visit, we won't return to see it get worse.

We had to wait a long time. The couple next to us was upset because they were waiting for over 30 minutes and no service.
