snap is clean the person working the front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly it's a very small facility with not a lot of hours it's staff are available but it looks very matter-of-fact like you'll get the job done there it has a classroom where you can workout to videos. I am overall happy with this purchase so far these are my first impressions so we'll see
