About Reflexology by Grace A. Morrow

Though feet quite literally support the body, reflexologist Grace A. Morrow takes that idea several steps further—from her perspective, feet are the gateway to the entire body's wellbeing. In reflexology, each of several dozen pressure points on the bottom of each foot corresponds to a different organ or area of the body. By manipulating these pressure points using a variety of techniques, Morrow works to stimulate certain processes throughout the body. The idea is that this can help the body heal itself of various ailments, resulting in anything from reduced pain and muscle tension to increased energy and relaxation. Clients can arrange to have Morrow visit them in the office after a day spent chasing down runaway rolling chairs.
