First time visit and while I am no expert in reflexology, the therapist (very young) did more than I expected, including some facial and head massage. I'm not sure if it is worth what they would charge without a discount, but I might go back.

The reclining chair was uncomfortable, but the next couple of days afterwards my back was killing me. It really did a number on me and totally ruined the whole massage effect. I'm only 5'1", but there are women even shorter than me out there!

While I admittedly don't know much about reflexology massage, MNB Spa gave the impression of being totally amateur hour. The first time I made a reservation they forgot to write it in their book, so when I showed up for my appointment, I was turned away and had to rebook. When I finally had my appointment, what appeared to be the daughter of this Asian family that seems to run the place take me into a large back room that was furnished unlike any place I have received a massage in the past. The daughter may have said all of 10 words to me during what was suppose to be a 90-minute massage that ended up being around 70 minutes instead. She certainly made no effort to explain the process of what she planned to do or even ask if I had any particular areas needing more attention. Even when I attempted to ask questions she pretty much ignored them or gave single word replies. This frustrated me and made me uncomfortable for the entire session. Never again.

Well, not sure it was good value for the money. Nicole was very nice, but her touch was kind of light. I even asked her to exert more pressure, but it didn't seem to make much difference. In the past, with reflexology, the therapist usually inquired about areas of my body that hurt so they could work on those areas of my feet to give the greatest relief. No questions asked - just didn't seem to jive with prior reflexology work I've had in the past.
