About Patrick's Famous Pies

At first it seemed like the only people who would ever hear about Patrick Caldwell's pies were his friends and family. Using a recipe born in North Carolina and passed down from his mother, he'd craft his specialty white-sweet-potato pie for every family gathering. But it was his mother-in-law who gave him the final push to turn his pie-making hobby into a full-time endeavor. Using the family recipe as a blueprint, Patrick began to tweak the formula to make it perfect, aging his white sweet potatoes in a wine cellar for nine months to enhance their natural sweetness and cure them of their fear of the dark. Before long, Patrick's Famous Pies were in high demand at area farmer's markets, where he still sells them today alongside other specialties like sweet-potato bread and peach cobbler.

Pies were delicious! Would suggest mentioning the physical address does not have a store front - part of Elks Lodge. Keep up the delicious baking!! Happy New Years!

Pie was not really a full pie size -more of a flat little tart. The cobbler was exceptionally small too. To add to the disappointment, the pie and cobbler were almost flavorless. Definitely not worth the $30 stated value -I think $15 was even a bit much for the size and quality.

I was not impressed at all with the pies. They weren't as good as the grocery store pies and even cheaper than these WITHOUT a discount. Also, the pick up (table in front of the Lodge) was very unprofessional or appealing. Sorry, would never consider buying from you in the future.

I went to the address give me and it was an Elks Lodge. There was no store. The pies and cobblers were stacked in the lobby and a young boy was there to greet me with my cobblers. He said his father was cooking the pies in the lodge's kitch. The cobblers were under cooked and had little taste and even fewer peaches. I drove out of my way to get them. I would like a refund of my purchase please
